Palasteel Projects is committed to supplying the highest quality of services to its clients.


To achieve this we will:

  • Meet all South African statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Establish quality objectives which are measurable and which are consistent with the requirements and specifications of our clients
  • Communicate with our clients on a regular basis in order that we understand the impact that the quality of our services and products have on their processes
  • Use the Integrated Process Management methodology to control the critical process variables that affect quality
  • Implement Reliable Centred Maintenance to ensure the safe and consistent running and operation of equipment used in our works
  • Ensure that changes to any business process are only made once the impact on quality has been determined
  • Ensure that management systems are in place to prevent out of specification operations
  • Strive for a continued improvement in the quality of services rendered
  • Have a system in place to receive and resolve clients complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure that our suppliers understand the standards to which we aspire such that they supply equipment, material and services of a similarly high quality
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with our Quality Management System
  • Provide training for employees to ensure competency in performing tasks that might have an impact on quality
  • Communicate this policy to all employees and ensure that they understand theit obligations within their own roles
